What is Investors in People (IIP) and why is it important?
Investors in People have a single mantra: good people make a great business. And this is a principle Easenmyne is driven by. As a family business we understand how important it is to work together and to celebrate people’s strengths, ambitions and ideas. This is the engine of success.

Many felt as sense of belonging in the family business and shared the values of the company. Overall, staff felt like they were working together to achieve the same goal: to provide the best products and services to customers.

Easenmyne foodservice has been accrediated under the Investors In People since 2011 and this year staff from all levels of the company went through one-to-one interviews in order to meet the requirements of the IIP framework. The Investors in People Framework is based on 20 years of leading practice, and was designed by business, for business. It is written in consultation with customers, employees and people management specialists, it provides a path to organisational change.
