John Stone Dry Aged Beef at Our Upcoming Tradeshow
The Easenmyne and Phoenix sales team and butchery managers recently visited Roscommon to meet with Allan Morris, Managing Director of John Stone. The team spent the day learning about the dry ageing process and got to taste the great delights on offer.
We will be showcasing our exclusive partner, John Stone Dry Aged Beef at our upcoming tradeshow and they will discuss their new innovation on an authentic, home style burger that captured the unmistakable tenderness and flavour of their dry aged grass fed beef.
Customers have asked John Stone for a burger that would offer all the texture and feel of a homemade patty, but without the workflow and cross contamination issues of preparing them in busy working kitchens. They are very proud to present the results: a mouth watering blend of the finest chuck, brisket and mid rib cuts and the juiciest dry aged fat that retains its flavour and tenderness even when well done. Thanks to the state of the art plate and process facility each burger has an individual handmade appearance both before and after cooking.
