Eat Jersey announce Easenmyne as Headline sponsors

The Eat Jersey Food Festival 2016 begins on Thursday 3 November when Executive Head Chef, Mark Jordan will be joined by celebrated chefs from the Channel Islands.

The evening will begin with a champagne reception before moving through to Ocean Restaurant. Chefs cooking over the long weekend event include;

Nicolas Valmagna, Tassili at Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, Jersey (Three AA Rosettes)

Simon McKenzie, The Brasserie Restaurant at The Old Government House Hotel & Spa, Guernsey

Andrew Fairlie Restaurant at Gleneagles (Two Michelin Stars, Four AA Rosettes)

Cliveden House, Berkshire (Three AA Rosettes)

Robert Thompson, Thompson's, Isle of Wight

Matthew Peryer, The Restaurant at Lewtrenchard Manor, Devon

Working in partnership with island producers to create a feast of locally inspired dishes, a specially created five course menu will be paired with superior wines by Head Sommelier Richard Burton.
